Mr. Sebahittin KORKMAZ, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. İhsan ÖVÜT, Secretary General along with accompanying delegation paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Dr. Yusuf Bin Ahmed AL-OTHAIMEEN, Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on 04 December 2016 to inform H.E. of the latest developments and activities of SMIIC and to reiterate SMIIC’s will to further cooperate with the OIC for achieving common objectives which will benefit to Muslim world.

Furthermore, SMIIC delegation attended the Second Annual Coordination Meeting of OIC Institutions (ACMOI) which was held at the OIC Headquarters in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 04-05 December 2016 in order to coordinate the implementation of OIC declarations, resolutions and decisions with a view to enhancing synergy among OIC institutions as well as avoiding overlapping and duplication.
