SMIIC MC Training on Uncertainty Interpolations in the ITS-90 Ranges/sub-ranges from Argon Triple Point to Silver Freezing Point

The 30st SMIIC MC Training within the SMIIC MC Work Plan 2021 – 2023 V2 was the Uncertainty Interpolations in the ITS-90 Ranges/sub-ranges from Argon Triple Point to Silver Freezing Point that took place on the 14 September 2022 virtually, technically hosted by SMIIC General Secretariat.  59 experts participated in the training.

The training was hosted by NMI: National Standardization Agency of Indonesia (BSN)

General Description: Uncertainty evaluation of SPRT calibration in the ITS-90 subranges from argon triple point to silver freezing point.

Objective, expected outcome: Understand how to calculate the uncertainty propagation of SPRT

calibration so that total uncertainty in each ITS-90 sub-range can be determined.

Who should attend: The attendee should have some background of temperature calibration; therefore, this training will be fit for the technical calibration staff in the level of National Metrology Institute.

Duration of training: 2 hours (14 September 2022)

Lecturer:

Dr. Aditya Achmadi (aditya@bsn.go.id)

Time Schedule: 10:30 – 12:30
